Minimum Age Requirement

Withdrawals will only be approved after any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to active wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal being held pending completion of those requirements or cancellation of the associated bonus.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Your Obligations as a Player

Voluntary Account Closure

Before an account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's designated withdrawal method. Suspension and Forced Closure by 77abcbd

77abcbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that has not been resolved with 77abcbd support.
• Suspected money laundering or any other suspected financial crime.
• Player being identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 77abcbd reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending full investigation. If fraud or financial crime is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Account Reactivation

Accounts closed voluntarily may be eligible for reactivation upon request, provided that no breach of these Terms occurred during the account's prior activity and that the player can complete re-verification of their identity. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms are permanently closed and are not eligible for reactivation under any circumstances.

Players who have registered a self-exclusion period must wait until that period has fully expired before requesting account reactivation. 77abcbd will apply a mandatory cooling-off period and may require the player to confirm their decision to reactivate before access is restored.
